Description: Quiet and comfortable apartment in the heart of Seville's historical center. The apartment has two bedrooms and is ideal for two couples or a small group of up to four friends visiting Seville. The Arenal I apartment is located in a completely renovated Sevillian style building in the Arenal neighborhood it is close to the bullring "Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza", Paseo Colón Avenue, on the border of the Guadalquivir river and the Maestranza theatre. On the opposite side is connects with the Constitución Avenue and Plaza Nueva, the central square of Seville, with its traditional shops, fashion boutiques and department stores. This apartment is ideal for a sightseeing visit since all Seville's most important monuments are found within a few minutes walk of the apartment: Cathedral, Giralda tower, Reales Alcázares, Santa Cruz neighborhood, etc... It is a lively and colourful neighbourhood with many great restaurants, tapas bars, cafés, supermarkets, fried-fish shops typical, etc... We recommend to visit the "Mercado de Abastos del Arenal" where you can buy all you need to experiment with the Spanish cuisine. All of our apartments have been chosen in order to offer a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Seville. Characteristics: The Arenal I apartment is situated on the first floor (not elevator). The living room and has an exit to a small typical balcony and comes with very comfortable sofa, an armchair, small table, TV, table and four chairs where the guests can relax and enjoy some leisure time as this apartment is very quiet and tranquil. Double bedroom with a king size bed and has an exit to a small typical balcony. Two single beds in the second bedroom. Fully equipped bathroom. Kitchen fully equipped with electric hob, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, iron, toaster, electric kettle and cooking utensils. This apartment has a small indoor patio where the guest can do the laundry. Central air conditioning and heating. Equipment of bed linen and towels for person. The price includes expenses of taxes, electricity, gas, water and cleaning at the entry. Services extras: Public parking/garage nearby.   Service of daily or weekly cleanliness.
