Description: New apartment elegant, quiet and luxurious in the heart of Seville's historical center. The Rialto III apartment is situated on the second floor of a new and beautiful building (January 2007) within a residential complex that contains well-lit and quiet courtyards with many fountains. Rialto III apartment is located in a square in Seville's historical center in the Santa Catalina neighborhood not far from the city's major monuments and just a 5 minutes walk from the famous "Casa de Pilatos", it is also surrounded by beautiful churches and convents such as the churches of "San Marcos" and "San Luis de los Franceses",etc... This apartment is ideal for a sightseeing visit since all Seville´s most important monuments are found within a few minutes walk of the apartment. You'll find the "Escuelas Pias" public parking just a few meters away, as well as big supermarket right next door, cafés, tapas bars, restaurants, several bus stops nearby, etc... We recommend to visit Seville's oldest tavern "El Rinconcillo" dating back to 1670 and looking out on the charming church of "Santa Catalina". Living-room with very comfortable sofa, an armchair, small table, TV LCD, DVD, table and four chairs where the guests can relax and enjoy some leisure time as this apartment is very quiet and tranquil. Double bedroom with two single beds. The second bedroom has a "cama nido" (guest beds) which is two single beds and one is stored under the other when not in use. Great kitchen fully equipped with everything the guest might need to prepare a meal or to have a snack. Table and four chairs. Bathroom fully equipped with hydromassage bathtub. Central air conditioning and heating. Apartment has parquet flooring and double glazed windows to keep out any noise from the outside. Equipment of bed linen and towels for person.
