Description: Quiet and comfortable apartment in the Seville's historical center. The Sol apartment is located on the ground floor of a Sevillian style building next to the Church of San Roman in the Santa Catalina neighborhood. Not far from the city's major monuments and just a 5 minutes walk from the famous "Casa de Pilatos", it is also surrounded by beautiful churches and convents such as the churches of "San Marcos" and "San Luis de los Franceses",etc... This apartment is ideal for a sightseeing visit since all Seville´s most important monuments are found within a few minutes walk of the apartment. You'll find the "Escuelas Pias" public parking just a few meters away, as well as a lively scene at "Plaza de los Terceros"... it is a lively and colourful neighbourhood with many restaurants and ambient tapas bars, etc... We recommend to visit Seville's oldest tavern "El Rinconcillo" dating back to 1670 and looking out on the charming church of "Santa Catalina". The living area has table and four chairs, TV, small table and two sofas where the guests can relax and enjoy some leisure time as this apartment is very quiet and tranquil. Double bedroom with two single beds has access a indoor patio. The second bedroom also has access a indoor patio, has a "cama nido" (guest beds) which is two single beds and one is stored under the other when not in use. This great apartment comes with two bathrooms. Kitchen fully equipped has a small indoor patio where the guest can do the laundry. Central air conditioning and heating. Equipment of bed linen and towels for person. The price includes expenses of taxes, electricity, gas, water and cleaning at the entry.
