Description: Spacious and luminous duplex-apartment in the heart of Seville's historical center with a magnificent and private terrace for enjoying the nighttime views of the Cathedral and Giralda bell tower. The Vistagiralda apartment is situated in a pretty renovated building in the famous Arenal neighborhood between the Town Hall and the "Maestranza" bullfighting ring. On one side you find Colón avenue, on the border of the Guadalquivir river, and on the other side it is next to Plaza Nueva, the central square of Seville, Sierpes and Tetuán street (the best fashion shops) and Constitution Avenue, that leads right to the Cathedral, la Giralda and the Alcázar. It is a lively and colourful neighbourhood with many great restaurants, tapas bars, cafés, supermarkets, fried-fish shops typical, etc... We recommend to visit the "Mercado de Abastos del Arenal" where you can buy all you need to experiment with the Spanish cuisine. All of our apartments have been chosen in order to offer a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Seville. Characteristics: The Vistagiralda apartment is situated on the fourth floor (with elevator). Spacious and luminous living-room has a double sofa-bed, stereo radio, DVD, TV, table and chairs. This sofa is able to turn into a double bed and allows the apartment to provide accommodation up to six people. Double bedroom with queen-size double bed and fully equipped bathroom inside the bedroom (in green color). Two single beds in the second bedroom. Fully equipped bathroom (in blue color). Spacious kitchen fully equipped with oven, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, iron, toaster and cooking utensils. There is also a table with chairs in the kitchen where you can have breakfast or a comfortable dinner. On the high floor, lovely and wonderful terrace private with magnificent views of the Cathedral and La Giralda. Air conditioning and heating. Equipment of bed linen and towels for person.
