how to book ?
You have two ways to carry out your reservation: ONLINE BOOKINGS or AVAILABILITY REQUEST FORM.

When you click on the BOOK NOW button, you will be taken automatically to our system bookings. The automatic ONLINE system that calculates availability and prices will allow you to choose the apartment you are interested and to make an immediate online reservation. To book your apartment online you will have to make online a pre-payment representing about 25% of the total rent price.

Your payment (by credit card) will be verified instantly and in case of being accepted, the apartment will be reserved for you until your arrival.

Please note that the booking will not be confirmed until EmbrujodeSevilla has received the pre-payment amount and you have received a confirmation email from EmbrujodeSevilla.

The remaining part (75%) of the total price of the rent is payable in CASH on arrival.
Availability Request Form

If you find it easier, if the availability of the apartment does not appear online, or if you only want more information, fill in the following form of availability. EmbrujodeSevilla shall confirm the availability by e-mail within a maximum notice period of 48 hours. The confirmation of availability does not mean, in any case, a confirmed booking.

Once EmbrujodeSevilla has confirmed the availability of the apartment chosen by the client, an amount of 25% pre-payment is necessary in order to confirm the reservation.

Payment through credit card validates the reservation at the moment of receiving the due amount, in the case of bank transfer, is necessary always to request a PRELIMINARY RESERVATION prior to making a bank transfer, as well as to send the receipt from the bank via FAX (0034 954 214 854), the expenses generated by this method of payment will be borne by the client.

Please note that the booking will not be confirmed until EmbrujodeSevilla has received the pre-payment amount and you have received a confirmation email from EmbrujodeSevilla.
EmbrujodeSevilla will confirm the reservation within 24 hours (exception weekends and local public holidays).
