| The
users are persons in charge of making sure itself of the force
of the terms and conditions included in this page. By agreeing
to use this site, it is implied that any such changes are accepted
by any such third party and, that any such third party undertakes
to comply with any such changes.
We recommend that you read carefully the terms and conditions
under which you are making your reservation. It is essential
that you accept the following conditions in order to
gain admittance to the apartment.

MINIMUN
STAY |
|
|
There
is a minimum stay of 3 nights (except Holy Week or Fair: 5 nights). |
| PRICES |
|
The
prices are always mentioned in Euros (€) and may vary according
to the season or in relation to special events, depending on
the apartment concerned. EmbrujodeSevilla reserves
the right to change them, updating at the same time its website.
All local taxes, fees and other possible extra costs as cleaning
are included in the total price.
Children under 2 years have free staying. |
| AVAILABILITY
REQUEST |
You
have two ways to carry out your information request or pre-reservation:
A.- ONLINE
system: the automatic system that calculates availability
and prices will allow you to choose the apartment you are interested
in and to make an immediate online pre-reservation.
B.- Availability
Form: If you find it easier, if the availability of
the apartment does not appear online, or if you only want more
information, fill in the corresponding form of availability.
EmbrujodeSevilla shall confirm the availability by
e-mail within a maximum notice period of 48 hours. The confirmation
of availability does not mean, in any case, a confirmed booking.

| RESERVATION |
You
have two ways to carry out your reservation:
A.- ONLINE
system: To book your apartment online you will have
to make online a pre-payment representing about 25% of the total
rent price. Your payment (by credit card) will be verified instantly
and in case of being accepted, the apartment will be reserved
for you until your arrival.
B.- Availability
Form: Once EmbrujodeSevilla has confirmed the
availability of the apartment chosen by the client, an amount
of 25% pre-payment (50% in special season) is necessary in order
to confirm the reservation. Payment through credit card validates
the reservation at the moment of receiving the due amount, in
the case of bank transfer, is necessary always to request a
PRELIMINARY RESERVATION prior to making a bank transfer, as
well as to send the receipt from the bank via FAX (0034 954
218 777), the expenses generated by this method of payment will
be borne by the client.

| CONFIRMATION
OF THE RESERVATION |
|
Please
note that the booking will not be confirmed until EmbrujodeSevilla
has received the pre-payment amount and you have received a
confirmation email from EmbrujodeSevilla.
EmbrujodeSevilla will confirm the reservation within
24 hours (exception weekends and local public holidays).

| REMAINING
PAYMENT |
|
The remaining part (75%) of the total price of the rent is payable
in CASH on arrival. |
| SAFETY
WITH PAYMENT ONLINE |
|
EmbrujodeSevilla
commits to protect to the maximum the clients data. For this
reason one of the most recognized software (SSL) in the market
is used. EmbrujodeSevilla cannot see at any time the
credit card number you introduce in the form. The bank only
has access to this information. |
| CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT |
Check-in:
from 14,00 pm to 21,00 pm.
Check-out: Before 11,00 am.
Checking-in and checking-out times will be
flexible and can be arranged provided there are not other
bookings made prior or after your reservation.
The client must always inform of the approximate arrival time.
It is an essential condition to inform with a minimum notice
of two days before the arrival time, otherwise we shall no
guarantee the time for check-in.
If the client arrives between 21,00 pm and 24,00 pm, he shall
pay a 15 euros extra charge. Arrivals after 24,00 pm shall
have extra charge of 25 euros.
Upon arrival a copy of the passport or identity card of the
person who made the reservation must be shown.
Departures made after 11,00 am without spefic permission of
EmbrujodeSevilla, shall involve a extra charge of
a full day.

| DEPOSIT |
|
EmbrujodeSevilla
reserves the right to ask for a minimum deposit (normally 150
euros) before keys are provided. This is returnable on confirmation
that the apartment is in good condition at the end of the stay. |
| EQUIPMENTS/SUPPLIES/CLEANING |
|
Normal
consumption of electricity, water and gas made during the stay
shall be included in the rent price. Also, included in the price,
is a full apartment cleaning before the guests arrival, and
there will be a set of bed linen and towels available per every
single person, provided at no extra cost. The client may request
extra cleaning service during the stay, depending on cleaning
service availability. In the day of departure, the client shall
leave the apartment in an acceptable condition regarding tidiness
and cleanliness. EmbrujodeSevilla shall be entitled
to charge an extra cleaning service (40 euros) if the apartment
is not in a reasonable condition. |
| CANCELLATIONS |
In
the case the client cancels the reservation after the prepayment
EmbrujodeSevilla applies the following rules (cancellation
will be accepted only if notified in writing):
- EmbrujodeSevilla returns 100% of
the prepayment if informed 60 days before starting the stay.
- EmbrujodeSevilla returns 50% of the prepayment
if informed between 30 and 60 days before starting the stay.
- EmbrujodeSevilla returns 0% of the prepayment if
informed 30 days or less, before starting the stay.
Cancellations of any type, including those
based on force majeure, will be subject to this cancellation
policy.

| CHANGING
DATES OF RESERVATION |
| In
the case the client has to modify the period initially booked,
EmbrujodeSevilla commits itself to finding a satisfactory
solution, if possible. Should the change not be possible, the
cancellation rules will be effective. |
| CANCELLATIONS
AND MODIFICATIONS BY EMBRUJODESEVILLA |
|
Should
the requested accommodation not be available for any unforeseen
reasons beyond the control of EmbrujodeSevilla, EmbrujodeSevilla
shall inform the guests of this eventuality as soon as possible
and attempt to find an alternative, providing guests with accommodation
of equal or superior characteristics.
Should the aforementioned alternative not be possible or the
guests not accept this change, the booking shall be cancelled
and any amount that has been paid will be returned immediately
in full. Guests shall not have the right to subsequent claims
in these cases.

| COMPLAINTS |
|
Any
complaints have to be communicated immediately to EmbrujodeSevilla
in order to find a solution for the problem. Should the problem
clearly be caused by EmbrujodeSevilla, EmbrujodeSevilla
commits itself to find a satisfactory solution for the client.
Should this not be possible, EmbrujodeSevilla commits
to find an equally good or better accommodation without any
additional cost for the client.
EmbrujodeSevilla shall not be liable in any case for
any inconvenience beyond its control or actions which may arise
as a consequence of an accident or force majeure, such as:
- Noise caused by works close to the apartment.
- Elevator breakdown.
- Etc…
Complaints made after checking out will not be taken into account,
and, therefore, the client shall not be entitled to compensation
and solution.

| LIABILITIES |
|
The client compromises himself to respect the house rules and
especially respect the quiet hours, it is not allowed to use
the apartments for celebrating parties. In no case the number
of persons accommodated must not exceed the capacity indicated
of the apartment (except for children under 2 years of age).
Likewise, the client must follow the guidelines for use and
maintenance as indicated by the company and respect the regulations
in terms of noise, rubbish collection, normal consumption of
electricity, water, etc...
In case of any infringement of the aforementioned obligations,
EmbrujodeSevilla at its sole discretion will be entitled
to request the client to leave the apartment, and the client
shall have no right to claim any type of compensation.
Nor the EmbrujodeSevilla nor the owner of the apartment
shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may
arise as a consequence of the use by the client of the apartment,
including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses because
of fires, robbery or criminal behaviour.

WEBSITE |
| All
apartment descriptions and information is supplied by the apartments
featured. Whilst EmbrujodeSevilla do their utmost to
maintain accuracy and to check details wherever possible, EmbrujodeSevilla
cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions that may arise.
EmbrujodeSevilla also reserve the right to change information
published on the site at any time including rates, descriptions
and photographs. EmbrujodeSevilla reserves the right
to update any of its terms and conditions at any time, as may
be required and as may be in line with the company's business.
