1.
Are the prices per person or per apartment?
The prices depend on the number of the persons (adults and children).
Children under 2 years have free staying.

2.
Is it secure to give my credit card details through the Internet
in order to make the payment?
Yes. The online payment of the booking is guaranteed by our
bank (BANCO POPULAR), which uses a SSL protocol (Secure Socket
Layer), as well as other advanced security systems, to guarantee
the maximum security in the transaction. EmbrujodeSevilla
will never have access to your bank details.

Which part of the rent will I have to pay online to reserve
an apartment ?
To book your apartment online you will have to make online a
pre-payment representing about 25% of the total rent price.
Your payment will be verified instantly and in case of being
accepted the apartment will be reserved for you untill your
arrival.

4.
How much should I pay to make the booking?
Once EmbrujodeSevilla has confirmed the availability
of the apartment chosen, an amount of 25% pre-payment is necessary
in order to confirm the reservation. Payment through credit
card validates the reservation at the moment of receiving the
due amount, in the case of bank transfer, is necessary always
to request a PRELIMINARY RESERVATION prior to making a bank
transfer, as well as to send the receipt from the bank via FAX
(0034 954 218 777), the expenses generated by this method of
payment will be borne by the client.

When do I get my booking confirmed?
Please note that the booking will not be confirmed until EmbrujodeSevilla
has received the pre-payment amount and you have received a
confirmation email from EmbrujodeSevilla.

6.
How and when to pay the remaining part of the rent?
The remaining part of the total price of the rent is payable
in CASH on arrival, along with the payment of a security deposit
against damage. Normally, the amount of this deposit is of 150
euros (depending on the apartment you have booked). This deposit
will be returned to you in full when you leave the apartment,
assuming it is undamaged.

7.
What are the times for checking-in and checking-out?
The regular times for checking-in and checking-out will be:
Check-in: 14,00h to 21,00 h
Check-out: before 11,00h
Checking in and checking out timetables will be flexible and
can be arranged, provided there are not further bookings made
prior or after your reservation and the reception service is
available. We will do whatever we can to suit your needs. Please
note that for arrivals later than 21:00 pm there is an extra-charge.

8.
How do I get the keys for the apartment?
You will always find a person who will hand the keys over to
you as soon as you arrive to the apartment, who will be either
personnel from EmbrujodeSevilla or the apartment´s
owner, or the owner´s representative, who will give you
the information that you may request. In any case, this apartments
DO NOT PROVIDE OF A RECEPTION, therefore let
us know your planned arrival time by EMAIL, you have
to confirm your arrival hour with 3 or 4 days in advance (at
least) in order to agree a point of meeting.

9.
Do I have to pay some extras?
No. The price listed before doing the final booking, is the
final price. This price includes accommodation, mandatory cleanings,
cost of water, gas and electricity during the stay, towels and
bed linen. You will have to pay extras only if you require one
of the extra services we have at your disposal, such as: extra
cleaning service, extra set of towels and bed linen, extra bed
or baby cot.

10.
Are bed linen and towels included in the price?
Yes, you will always find a set of bed linen and towels for
every single person at your disposal for free, at no extra cost
(weekly change). In the case of needing an extra set, do not
hesitate to contact our EmbrujodeSevilla team.

11.
Do I have to clean the apartment?
No. You receive a clean accommodation and it will be cleaned
again after your departure. We do appreciated that you leave
the accommodation behind in an acceptable state.

12.
Who do I have to call for assistance during my stay if I need
help or information?
You can contact EmbrujodeSevilla during office hours
in order to raise any query or ask for information. You will
also have a phone number available to contact our team in case
of emergency.

13.
Do I have to comply with some rules of behaviour?
Yes, of course. You should remember that you are staying in
an apartment located within a neighbourhood; therefore you should
be quiet from 22,00h onwards Monday to Friday and from 24,00h
on weekends.

14.
Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, we don't allow any pets in our accommodations.

15.
Where can I park my car?
We advise you NOT to park your car on the street anywhere in
Seville. Therefore you will need to park at a public garage,
which will cost approx. 20 euros per 24 hours (this varies).
Most apartments have a parking garage near. The contact person
can always inform you how to get there.

16.
What happens if I cancel the reservation?
In the case the client cancels the reservation after the prepayment,
EmbrujodeSevilla applies the cancellation
policy.
